What locations do you service?
We have teams located throughout Australia, ensuring availability at your location. In the rare event that one of our team members is unable to reach you, we will arrange for your service to be completed under any circumstances. Rest assured, we uphold our commitment to the initial booking cost without any additional charges.
Upon the completion of the service, an invoice will be sent to you via email for the agreed-upon amount. Alternatively, payment can be made through your account page. We accept payments through various methods, including PayPal, Apple Pay, bank transfer, debit card, Afterpay, and cash.
We do not charge a cancellation fee up to the day of the booking. However, a cancellation fee of $50 is applicable if canceled on the booking day.
Our strict recruitment process ensures you have peace of the mind that the person coming into your home is trustworthy. To ensure we have honest, reliable workers for us, all of our employees & contractors undergo a police check, reference checks and work history checks as well as being fully insured.
